This 25’ fifth wheel camper fits the rugged outdoorsman and prissy little city girl all the same! It truly is a one size fits all! It has a brand new full sized mattress in the master suite, and pull out couch, and the table folds into another (most ideal for kids, but an adult will also fit). All equipped with comfortable bedding. The kitchen is fully equipt with a gas stove & oven, full functioning fridge and freezer, and sink. There is pots, pans, and silverware stocked, please let us know if you need anything specific for your gourmet style cooking choices. The trailer has 120 volt and 12 volt options for power. There is a shower/tub, but only a 5 gallon water heater, so you’d better be quick ;) Options for use: 1-Camp just outside our house with full use of internet, ample parking, and be close to all the services/restaurants the Delta provides. 2-We can deliver the trailer to your local camping spot (up to 25 miles from Delta). The trailer has a solar panel for basic power, but you’ll have to provide your own generator for 120v. We have ATV’s for adults and kids for rent as well, message me for details. We also have a boat, and for a fee can teach you how to water ski, towable tubes, or just take a tour of one of the two reservoirs in the area. Fine print: For option 2, a $50 delivery fee for moving and setting up trailer off site within 5 miles of Delta city. $100 delivery fee for 6-25 miles. Pets are welcome for a $20 pet fee. If you are staying at our location, we have an outside kennel and there is no pet fee if you would like to use it. How great to be able to enjoy the lake, pull up to your dock, go inside your Lake House for lunch and back onto the lake. A change in the weather? No problem. Enjoy the Lake House till the weather improves. (again Yuba Lake is a reservoir and so lake levels fluctuate dramatically. There can be times when the dock/lake are not available at the house) The amphitheater and fire pit make for memorable evenings. The cabin has plenty of space for entertainment and relaxation, about 4,000 square feet with an open concept design floorplan. It has a full size kitchen area with island, Wolf brand stove and oven, large built in Jenn-Air refrigerator, microwave and other kitchen appliances for your convenience. You are also welcome to bring in caterers and private chefs. There is a large dining area, several gathering areas on both floors with three fireplaces where guests can connect with each other. The cabin has large picture windows throughout allowing guest to continuously enjoy the mountain and valley views. There are five bathrooms with showers, three private bedrooms with additional areas that convert to bedrooms with sofa beds. Additionally, the grounds and surrounding area have many additional outdoor camping sites for the adventurous and those that want to rough it. For those still wanting to be connected, the property has Wi-Fi and numerous DirecTV channels that can be watched on four large screen TV's. Our home has the magical historical feeling of living in the good old days, but with all the upgraded comforts of today! Our home is close to Fish Lake, the Manti Temple, Richfield's Sevier Valley Events Center, Blackhawk arena, and the "Mighty 5 National Parks". These National Parks include Canyonlands, Bryce Canyon, Zions, Arches and Capitol Reef. We are known for our amazing ATV trails (Piute Trail) as well as hunting and fishing. Salina is a hub connecting 1-70, 89, and 50 from I-15. We just finished up our fully renovated 1200 square foot three bedroom home. It boasts all new floorings, paint, cabinets, tile and appliances. Everything is new but the original lumber in the walls. The master bedroom offers a Queen bed and room for our blow up mattress. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed and room for our blow up mattress. The third bedroom offer a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top. Our sofa couch offers a pull out bed for extra sleeping area if needed. Enjoy our comfy furniture and trendy decor while staying in our fun little town. We are in an area that is the cross roads to just about everything. Our home offers card games, board games, wifi, and is just a few houses away from the elementary school playground as well as our recreation center. Our neighborhood is a vintage neighborhood by the Manti temple set back in the small rural location of Sanpete valley with a rich pioneer heritage settled by early Mormon settlers at the invitation of Chief Walkara. Nearby favorites to visit are Maple Canyon which is a favorite for hikers and climbers due to the beautiful forestry and conglomerate rock formations towering at an elevation of 6,700 feet. Even closer is Manti canyon. It is a favorite spot for hiking and 4 wheeling with beautiful trails and greenery and Yearn's reservoir is a great place to fish. This is changed with each guest. The home has forced air cooling, aka: swamp cooler, in the kitchen window. It has a timer to shut off as needed at night. Included is a remote control to change air flow from the Great Room. Individual room temperature is controlled by opening the window and doors to allow air flow. The swamp cooler does an excellent job. We do accept larger groups up to 12-14 with the understanding that you supply the sleeping bags, air mattresses and tents needed for more than 10 guests. The yard accommodates 6 man tents as it is narrow. The entire fridge and freezer are for your use. It is a side by side counter depth fridge with plenty of room for a several day adventure. The kitchen is completely stocked with all cooking essentials: dish towels & wash clothes, silverware, dishes, mugs, pots & pans, cookie sheets, casserole dishes, cake pans, mixing bowls, hand mixer, cooking/mixing utensils, etc. If you are in need of a specific cooking item feel free to ask if we have it. We supply a Keurig coffee maker that uses K-cup pods as well as hot water for hot chocolate and tea. We have the 'MY K-cup' reusable coffee filter for your personal blend ground coffee. We supply instant regular and decaf coffee, hot chocolate, and orange breakfast drink. Feel free to bring your own k-cups or personal grounds. Dutch oven cooking area, pellet grill with one hopper of pellets included, 2 burner camp chef stove with propane included, grilling utensils, roasting tongs, popup awning, 4 camp chairs are for your use with the understanding that you will clean up all items used. Washer and dryer are available with detergent and dryer sheets if needed. Though younger children are welcome, the home may not be 'baby proof' to your standards.
